		<description>Well, sustainable seafood &lt;i&gt; is&lt;/i&gt; pretty gee-golly important, what with all of our biggest fisheries collapsing and all.  I&#039;m glad for Cindy &amp; Ted that they are getting good press, as I believe they deserve it.  We all make missteps.  &lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Let me know how the Mahi goes!</description>
