		<description>It sucks, I agree.  Twelve years ago I published a photoessay about how to remove the bones from chicken wings, leaving meaty little pockets which could be stuffed for appetizers.  Someone in Australia completely ignored my copyright notices and ganked the entire page, photos, method, and all - he even stole my background graphics.  There was nothing I could do about it. (The page since has disappeared.)

Even today, dozens of my recipes and essays are out there on the web thanks to spiders and bots that scraped them from the old Fidonet National Cooking Echo and republished them (sometimes leaving in my name as the originator of the recipe, more often not.)</description>
